Since 2013 of being in the barbering industry, and 9 years of them leading the way at Fay Barbero. Yoi is the heart and steady hand of the team. A natural leader with a clear vision, he guides with confidence but also treats everyone with kindness and respect.

Ibnu Malek
Director & Co-Founder
A true professional with 12 years of experience and 9 years building Fay Barbero alongside Yoi, Ibnu is widely recognised for his precise craftsmanship and unmatched attention to detail. Known for some of the cleanest fades and sharpest styles in town, it’s no surprise people are willing to wait just to be in his chair.
Outside the shop, Ibnu channels his creativity into photography and photo editing skills that reflects his artistic eye and perfectionist nature. Whether it’s behind the lens or behind the clippers, he always delivers.
Young and full of drive, Afif approaches every task with energy and a genuine desire to improve. A graduate of the Aimi Academy Hairstylist Course. He’s hardworking, focused, and never shies away from a challenge, making him an essential part of the shop’s daily flow.
His own sense of style is sharp and modern, giving clients an extra layer of inspiration when they sit in his chair. Friendly and sometimes playfully funny, Afif has a way of making customers feel right at home while looking their absolute best
Having 5 years of experience in the barber industry, Acip was recruited for a reason. His natural barbering talent stood out from the start. Hardworking and driven, he’s committed to pushing himself further and turning his ambitions into reality.
His adaptability and eagerness to learn make him a fast learner in the shop’s high-standard environment. With every client he serves, Acip is proving he’s not just here to fit in, he’s here to make a mark.
Calm, focused, and always moving with purpose. Azwan brings strong foundation skills and a solid understanding of classic and modern barbering. His work is highly focused on detailing, ensuring every cut is clean, balanced, and well-finished. Known for being fast and efficient without compromising quality, he always maintains consistency in every service.
Punctuality is one of his key strengths, making him reliable and disciplined both behind the chair and as part of the team. He enjoys golfing, a hobby that reflects his patience, focus, and steady mindset qualities he brings into every haircut at Fay Barbero.
